waiting game

i know that my situation is not unique or anything. i also know my due date is 6 days away. i also know that many women are pregnant for 42 weeks or more, so i should just chill out.

but 39 weeks has marked the beginning of super fussy pregnant alison phase.

so ready for baby to just come already.

this waiting around has started to take its toll. i need more things to do to distract me. all of the "natural" methods of induction have amounted to nothing, so i should just settle down because obviously baby is going to come when she's good and ready.

i guess she takes after her mother-- i could do that but nahhh i'll take a nap instead. or watch friday night lights. she probably has netflix streaming in the womb and is in no rush at all. don't blame her i guess. labor doesn't sound all that awesome on her end either.

all i want for christmas is a baby and snow.
