i'm usually in the middle of four books at a time.
not in a "i'm so literary i read so many books all the time" way
in a "i start books in ambitious moods and then never finish them" way.

but this weekend i finished the year of magical thinking by joan didion (started a year ago)
and the picture of dorian gray by oscar wilde (started five months ago).

now i just have the elegance of the hedgehog and the problem of pain and i'll be caught up.

AND i did all of this in the midst of a new LOST obsession.
